Semi Friends - Only

I don't eat a lot. I really don't. I'm trying to minimize the amount I eat by drinking a lot of water or something close to water when I'm at the computer at work. The only time, I start eating more is when I work out because metabolism is faster. When I say I had breakfast, I'm full for the rest of the day. I mean it. People gain a lot of weight when they -think- their hungry. When they sit at the computer, TV, or whatever and eat(snack), their bodies unconsciously adapt a habit of needing to eat when sitting at the computer. Not only that, constantly engaging in electronics can increase stress and release cortisone which makes gaining weight easy. So when working on computers for a long period of time, try to drink water and tea instead.

Chitterlings. Those are pig intestines. I like them and yes I would eat them again. lol

Goals for 2015 (public)

I said Goals-- not Resolutions. I thought it would be fun to see how much I accomplish by the end of next year. So we are nearing the end of this year and tomorrow is New Years Eve. So I'm setting goals for myself. Whether I reach them or not depends all on me.

  • Get a Job

  • Lose 60 pounds ( 10 pounds per month while building muscle and heart health)

  • Create more art and crafts (also get better at them)

  • DOCUMENT (Photograph EVERYTHING) - I'm pretty bad at this but I'm going to get better.

  • BLOG MORE

  • VLOG MORE

  • FINISH ARACELIS

  • WRITE AND CREATE CHILDREN'S Books

  • Student debt will be cleared.

  • !!! Read the bible more and more and Get closer to God even more than ever.


I tried to include mostly things that I can influence. Things I have absolutly no control over, I'm going to leave that in God's hands. My worrying can not make anything better either. If anything it will stress me even more and probably interfere with what I can change. I don't want to be someone who's happiness depends on everything going well.
